The official language of the conference is English. No translation facilities will be provided.

Registration fees
On-site registration is also possible and credit card or cash payment will be accepted. The onsite registration fees of the Conference are as follows:

Non-Members EUR 900
Students** EUR 350
Single day fee *** EUR 180

* Member is whoever is associated to a National Ceramic Society, whose country is represented in ECerS, or whatever personal Member of ECerS. National Societies will be asked to recognize the self declared membership
** These individuals must include a letter from their program director, chief of service or faculty advisor to be eligible for reduced fees
*** For the symposium 9 “Ceramics in Cultural Heritage and Art” and the satellite event “ Art & Design in ceramics” which will take place at the Valentino Castle


Registration fees for the entire conference include:
Congress kit, attendance to all scientific sessions, admission to the exhibition and poster area, certificate of attendance, coffee breaks and working lunches as indicated in the programme, abstract book in a USB pendrive.


Single day fee includes:
Congress kit, certificate of attendance, 2 coffee breaks and 1 working lunch as indicated in the programme.

Participants and exhibitors are kindly requested to wear their name badge during all conference events. Admittance to the scientific sessions will be refused if the required badge cannot be presented.


Each participant has been given together with the badge a username & password in order to be connected to the wifi of Politecnico, SDN: polito. The password will be requested at the opening of the internet browser.


Catering services
Coffee breaks and lunch will be organized in the Corte Interrata, ground floor.


During all sessions unauthorized photography, videotaping and audio recording is strictly prohibited. The organization may engage professional photographers to photograph sessions for marketing and promotional purposes.

Certificate of Attendance
Certificates of attendance will be sent by email after the congress.
